At Hush Premium, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We recommend watching the attached video on the product page for a clear view of the item before purchasing, all our products are carefully crafted to capture the essence of renowned brands, with every detail designed to reflect the original inspiration still slight variations in color, pattern, or design may occur from original image. Our customer care team is always available to assist you with any return and exchange queries. 

DOMESTIC ORDERS

Valid Days of Exchange: Exchange is available within 7 days of delivery.

Conditions for Exchange: Items must be unused, with tags and packaging intact, and accompanied by the original invoice. A valid reason must be provided for the exchange (defect, wrong size, or incorrect item). If the item doesn’t fit or is unsatisfactory, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs (return address will be provided).

Items Not Allowed for Exchange: Unstitched articles once stitched, discounted items, or sale items. For sale items, exchanges are provided only for valid reasons and may take longer.

Refund Policy: Refunds are not issued in cash but as a store coupon of equal value, valid for future purchases. Please read the coupon’s terms and conditions carefully.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Currently, Hush Premium does not offer an return and exchange policy for international orders. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer care team for resolution.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders can be canceled anytime before processing. Once shipped, a shipping confirmation will be sent with tracking details, and the exchange policy applies.
