Payment Method:

• Local Customers: For customized stitched orders, a 50% advance payment is required. Bank details will be shared by our Customer Care team upon order confirmation.
• International Customers: After placing your order, please contact us via email or WhatsApp to proceed with payment and further details.

Delivery Details:

• Delivery Timelines:

  • Unstitched & Pret: 3-5 Working Days
  • Stitched: 15 Working Days
    (Public holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays are non-working days.)

• Shipping Charges:

  • Within Pakistan: Free
  • Outside Pakistan: Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on the package size and destination.

• Order Tracking:
  Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your carrier details and tracking number. Please check your Junk/Spam folder if the email isn’t in your inbox. You can track your order using the provided details on the courier’s website.
